Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our categories — Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Water Dispensers, and Vending Machines — add the item you want to your cart, and check out.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it faster to track orders and reorder in future, and lets you view your order history anytime.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. Call us on (+91) 98103 21840 or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible and our team will update or cancel it for you.

How will I know my order was received?

You’ll get a confirmation on-screen and by email right after checkout, with your order number and details.

What areas do you deliver to?

Delhi/NCR only, or pan-India.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on your location and the product (large appliances like ACs and refrigerators may take a little longer for installation scheduling).

How do I track my order?

Is installation included?

No it’s  Chargable.

What if I’m not home at delivery time?

Our delivery team will contact you beforehand to confirm a convenient time. If you miss a delivery, we’ll arrange a re-attempt at no extra cost.


Returns, exchanges & warranty

What is your return policy?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns/Exchange page for details.

How do I start a return?

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes — all appliances come with the manufacturer’s standard warranty.  Warranty terms vary by brand (LG, Samsung, Godrej, Whirlpool, Voltas, Blue Star, Carrier, Hitachi, Lloyd) — check the product page or the manual in the box for specifics.

Who do I contact for after-sales service or repairs?

Reach out to us directly and we’ll connect you with the right service channel — either our team or the manufacturer’s authorized service center, depending on the brand.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, UPI, net banking, etc.

Is it safe to pay online on your site?

Yes. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways — we never store your card details.
